    As a scaling company, meeting talent that might be a fit for your company is one of the reasons you join, not the only reason.

  • Absolutely! We have put languages as a key interaction point for Splash. On everyones badges we will highlight what languages are spoken by the individual with the badge and, if applicable, the operating languages of the company they are representing.

  • We don't recommend bringing printed CVs to Splash, its best to have an up to date LinkedIn profile.

  • In most cases people would go for Solutions Provider. If you dont provide services to the main target groups we have, then Career Builder might be a good fit.

  • We want Splash to be a cornerstone for scaling and careers for years to come creating real and impactful systemic change.

    For that to happen we need to start with a sustainable model, but with a low barrier for entry where it matters.
